KeyNote Speaker: Pastor Pascale Williams

Pascale Williams has been a full-time pastor and minister at Abundant Life Christian Center since 2006. She currently oversees Congregational Care, the Abundant Life Institute (the adult Bible education program), and the Abundant Life Ministerial Association, which trains and deploys ministers.

Her experience as a bilingual student, moving from a French-speaking country to a predominantly English-speaking city, gave her a great appreciation for communicating with clarity and precision.

She approaches teaching the Word of God with that same attitude. Though she attended church most of her life, her early church experience was in a denomination that did not teach the Bible. When she began her collegiate studies for physical therapy, she started attending a Small Group that helped introduce her to the Word of God in a new way.

From then on, Pascale could not get enough of the Word. Her academic studies earned her a degree as a physical therapist, but her passion for the Word brought her to a deep and growing relationship with the Lord, and a desire to help others grow in their faith.

Through an incredible anointing as both teacher and minister, Pascale is gifted at helping people understand the form and flow of living a dedicated and Spirit-filled Christian life.

Confident Leadership:
Barb Knight

Barb’s background includes experience in business, education and ministry.  She attended Paul Smiths College and later obtained her NYS Teaching certification at Oswego State and Utica College for Organizational Leadership and Professional Education.  Barb retired from teaching in 2015 after 26 years. She currently works full-time in the Missions and Outreach department at Abundant Life Christian Center.

Barb has served on a number of boards, including the NYS Teachers Union at Madison Oneida BOCES and Maximum Impact Ministries.  She continues to serve on the board for Reach International Children’s Center in Kenya and Activ8Her, where she currently serves as Board Chair.

For years of her life, she battled with fear, insecurity and rejection. But God, by His mercy and grace, through the Holy Spirit and His Word, taught Barb how to tear down strongholds and win battles in Christ.  She learned of God’s incredible faithfulness and that keys to restoration, transformation and victory come from living out of the love of Christ and our true identity in Him.

Barb loves the Word of God and is a witness to the Holy Spirit. She has a passion for seeing believer’s set free from identity confusion, besetting sins, patterns of bondage and wrong thinking.  She loves to be a catalyst to believers in discovering their unique God-given design and purpose.  She is a strong proponent of balance between the natural and supernatural; the practical and the spiritual; of studying the Word of God and the operations of Holy Spirit and His Gifts.
